About nine years ago, I began practicing meditation, and it truly changed my life. It helped me navigate my own anxiety and meet myself with more clarity and a sense of being grounded. Over time, it became a quiet anchor that supported me through both challenges and growth.
That’s part of why I’m especially excited to share this with you.
