Hi there, We are excited to introduce a brand new note template, created in collaboration with Barbara Griswold, designed to better support insurance requirements in your clinical documentation.
Barbara is the author of The Therapist’s Complete Guide to Working With Insurance and one of the most trusted voices in this space. She was also among the first to introduce insurance-focused structure into clinical notes.
This template is built to help you align your notes with insurance expectations and capture the elements often needed for reimbursement, all within your existing workflow.
How to use it:
- Go to Templates.
- Look for “Barbara Griswold Progress Note”.
- Click Add to Library.

That’s it. You can now generate notes that better reflect insurance requirements, with structure designed by one of the leading experts in the field.
This is available to everyone, as part of our goal to support you in every part of your workflow.
You can try it now in the Template Library.
As always, we’d love to hear what you think and are honored to support your important work.
Warmly, Tal
